Supporting Bright Futures Since 1923, people from around our community have joined together to ensure that more local students have the resources to be all that they dream they can be. We hold more than 150 scholarship funds that supported 573 students from Forsyth, Davidson, Davie, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes, and Yadkin Counties with $1.67 million this school year. Scholarships are available in a wide range of areas—no matter your GPA, your high school, or the college you plan to attend, we likely have an opportunity for which you’re eligible to apply. WSF ACCESS SCHOLARSHIPS Scholarships to help students address unmet financial need. Available for traditional and non-traditional age students attending universities or community colleges. One-Stop Scholarship Application opens January 1‍ Apply by midnight on March 15 to be considered for the most possible scholarships The final application deadline is midnight on August 15 (but please note that scholarships are awarded on a first come, first served basis) Funding decisions provided on a rolling basis throughout the summer
