Application Process
1. Download the Grant Application Form - Available in Word format from the website (click link on Grant Application page)
2. Complete the Application - Can be completed on computer and submitted digitally, or printed and completed manually
3. Prepare Application Package - Make the submittal package as complete and compelling as possible
4. Submit Application - Two submission options:
- Email to address listed on the application form
- Mail hardcopy to: Windsor Rotary Community Foundation, PO Box 2295, Windsor CA 95492
5. Timing - Applications reviewed as received and kept on file. No fixed timeline for consideration.
6. Resubmissions - Organizations may update and resubmit previous applications for consideration
- The Rotary Service Committee determines which applicants will be selected for consideration
- Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis
- Currently no fixed deadline; local organizations may apply at any time
