Funding Target: Projects that fulfill an economic need not otherwise adequately funded. Emphasis placed on tangible, physical projects.

• Targeted Groups: Youth, seniors, public services, social services
• Project Type: Tangible, physical projects preferred
• Target Area: Greater Windsor community
• Recognition: Projects should ideally offer opportunities for public recognition of Windsor Rotary
• Participation: Projects may (but are not required to) offer hands-on participation opportunities for Windsor Rotarians

Funding Process

The Rotary Club of Windsor typically holds a major fundraiser each year (e.g., "An Evening in Seville") to raise funds for the Windsor Rotary Community Foundation. In some cases, grants may be funded immediately; in others, the Foundation may explore joint fundraising activities.

Application Process

1. Download the Grant Application Form - Available in Word format from the website (click link on Grant Application page)
2. Complete the Application - Can be completed on computer and submitted digitally, or printed and completed manually
3. Prepare Application Package - Make the submittal package as complete and compelling as possible
4. Submit Application - Two submission options:
   • Email to address listed on the application form
   • Mail hardcopy to: Windsor Rotary Community Foundation, PO Box 2295, Windsor CA 95492
5. Timing - Applications reviewed as received and kept on file. No fixed timeline for consideration.
6. Resubmissions - Organizations may update and resubmit previous applications for consideration

Evaluation

• The Rotary Service Committee determines which applicants will be selected for consideration
• Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis
• Currently no fixed deadline; local organizations may apply at any time
