School Requirements:

  • Attend North Bay Met Academy, Windsor Oaks Academy, or other alternative education program in the Windsor Unified School District
  • Academic Requirements:

  • Eligible for graduation from current school

  • Must be accepted and enrolled in an accredited program to receive funds:

  • - Two-year junior college
    - Four-year college
    - Trade skill program
    - Career certificate program

    How to Apply

    Application Requirements

    Applications missing any of the required items will be deemed incomplete and will not be evaluated.

    Required Materials:
    1. Activity Chart - Complete an activity chart (template provided with application)
    2. Essay - One-page (single spaced) typed essay on the topic: "A hurdle(s) or challenge(s) you have had to overcome, and how you dealt with that challenge."
    3. Official High School Transcript - Current/official transcript from your school
    4. Letters of Recommendation - Two letters required:
    - One from a school employee (teacher, counselor, or administrator)
    - One from a community member or family member
    5. Application Form - Complete the Kenneth Moulton Scholarship application form (available as PDF download)

    Optional: Reference form available for use in providing references
