Tristate Graduate Center Scholarship BACKGROUND: The Tristate Graduate Center Scholarship is administered by the Siouxland Community Foundation headquartered in Sioux City, Iowa. This scholarship fund was established in 2015 from the Tristate Graduate Center endowment fund upon the Center’s dissolution. PURPOSE: The purpose of the scholarship program is to assist Siouxland area non-traditional students that are enrolled in a Master of Social Work program.Eligibility
