Sioux City Public Schools Music Participation Grant The Sioux City Public Schools Music Participation Endowment Fund is administered by the Siouxland Community Foundation, and is for the exclusive purpose of providing support to Sioux City public schools and nonprofit organizations to enable low-income, Sioux City, Iowa, public school children and their families to participate in both instrumental and choral music programs, including individual lessons. Preference given to initiatives that directly benefit individual students, such as covering costs for providing individual instruction, activity participation fees, personal instrument repair/rental, or other personalized opportunities that help students fully engage in music education opportunities they would otherwise not be able to access due to financial constraints.
