Application Process

1. Eligibility Verification: Confirm that 50% or more of your student group meets economically disadvantaged criteria per Indiana Department of Education standards
2. Schedule Field Trip: Arrange your field trip visit to Conner Prairie
3. Complete Visit: Conduct your field trip with students
4. Submit Documentation: After the field trip, submit:
- Completed survey/evaluation form
- Documentation of number of students who attended
5. Request Reimbursement: Submit reimbursement request with evaluation form
6. Receive Payment: Check will be mailed to school within up to one month

Required Materials

• Completed evaluation/survey form
• Number of students attending documentation
• School mailing address for check

Important Notes

• This is a reimbursement program; funds are not provided before the visit
• Survey must be completed before or at time of reimbursement request
• Processing time: up to one month after submission
