Overview: The Pacers Foundation invests in Indiana-based 501(c)(3) organizations working to create brighter futures for young people by improving education, health, and safety.

Geographic Scope: Indiana statewide

Award Information:

Up to $25,000 in funding per grant

Majority of grantees receive $10,000 or less

$22 million+ awarded to Indiana nonprofits since founding

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

Be Indiana-based 501(c)(3) organizations

Have work that aligns with education, health, or safety

Demonstrate a strong track record of community collaboration

Preference given to organizations with proven record of collaborating with other nonprofits, government agencies, and community stakeholders

What is NOT Funded:

General operating expenses or administrative support

Capital campaigns, endowments, or annual giving campaigns

Infrastructure improvements

Event sponsorships or advertising

Equipment donations

• Organizations that are denied may reapply the following year
• Organizations may be considered for another grant in their next fiscal year
