Grants Grants of up to $1,000 are awarded to nonprofit organizations to enhance programs, activities, or projects that align with the P.U.L.S.E. mission statement. Examples include educational trips, special events, and creative projects that provide resources for the youth of Noble County. If awarded a P.U.L.S.E. Grant, recipients are required to complete a Grant Agreement and submit a Final Report. Failure to fulfill these requirements may jeopardize future grant requests.Eligibility
