Tommy C. Turner Memorial Scholarship This fund was established to benefit graduating seniors of any Elmore County high school who attend a school that is part of The University of Alabama system (e.g., The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, The University of Alabama in Huntsville or The University of Alabama at Birmingham). Scholarships may be renewed annually. The criteria considered are the applicant’s need, academic performance and ability. Application Requirements: High School Transcript, Essay, References, Copy of IRS 1040A or 1040EZ and Interview
