Community Foundation of Noble County At the Community Foundation of Noble County we are passionate about making Noble County an even better place to call home. Since 1991, area residents have been turning to the Community Foundation of Noble County to make their philanthropic giving as effective as possible, as we see it as our mission to serve as a catalyst for positive change. The Community Foundation of Noble County is a public charity 501 (c) 3 entity. Scholarships The Community Foundation of Noble County administers many different scholarships to help students achieve their educational dreams. Scholarships are generally offered mid-November through January, with a few exceptions. The scholarships awarded are to be used for tax-exempt college expenses, excluding housing or transportation unless otherwise stated. Tieman, Carol Ann Scholarship Fund Awards $1,500 for a Central Noble High School senior who will attend a four-year college or university in Indiana to become a teacher. Preference will be given to those who intend to study elementary education and teach at the elementary school level. The Carol Ann Tieman Scholarship Fund was established in 2001 by her husband Fred as he wanted to honor Carol’s memory. Carol A. Tieman will always be remembered for her dedication to educate future generations, to comfort and support her family, and to serve her community.Eligibility
