The Scott Hudgens Family Foundation Grant

The Scott Hudgens Family Foundation Grant, established in memory of World War II veteran Scott Hudgens, supports public charities addressing the needs of Gwinnett County, Georgia, and the metropolitan Atlanta area. The foundation focuses on improving the lives of those facing socio-economic disadvantages, promoting self-sufficiency through educational initiatives, and considering capital contributions for long-term impact. Grants are limited to qualified public charities, with a review of one proposal per year per organization.

NOTE: Thank you for your interest in The Scott Hudgens Family Foundation's grant process. We are no longer accepting grant requests for the 2024 grant cycle. Please check back after September 30, 2024 for details on applying for a grant for 2025.

Eligibility

The Scott Hudgens Family Foundation, Inc. is a private foundation and under Internal Revenue Service guidelines is limited to awarding grants only to qualified public charities.Your organization must be currently recognized as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue CodeYour organization's mission must focus on the needs of the Gwinnett County, Georgia community or those of the Metro Atlanta community and the state of Georgia. The Foundation will review only one grant proposal per calendar year per organization.

Ineligibility

The following are ineligible:  private individuals seeking funds to further your education or for other private purposegrants for purposes of influencing legislation or for any other political purposereligious organizations seeking a grant for religious purposesThe Scott Hudgens Family Foundation, Inc. does not fund religious initiatives.
