The Russo Brothers Italian American Film Forum Grant

Funder: Italian Sons and Daughters of America (ISDA) and National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), in partnership with Joe and Anthony Russo

  • Documentary, narrative, fiction, and nonfiction formats all acceptable

  • Open to people of all nationalities and backgrounds

  • Italian American culture has touched many in profound ways

  • Students and emerging filmmakers

    • Selection Criteria:

  • Promise of film's premise

  • How it relates to the Italian American experience

  • Creative potential of the filmmakers

    • Obligations:

  • Recipients must deliver completed film within outlined application description

  • Film must be submitted by final due date

  • Failure to complete or delivery of unrelated film results in full fund revocation and disqualification

  • NIAF and ISDA reserve right to display films on websites and screen at events
