The Juniper Fund Grant

The Juniper Fund, established in 2010 by The Murray Clan Society of North America, supports the education and preservation of Scottish heritage. It offers grants of up to $500 for individuals seeking to enhance their skills in Scottish music, dance, and art, as well as for activities that promote Scottish culture. Preference may be given to applicants with the last name Murray or affiliated families. Previous recipients can apply again, though past awards are not guaranteed.

The Juniper Fund was established in 2010 by The Murray Clan Society of North America to support the education, promotion, and preservation of the history, heritage, and traditions of Scotland. The fund provides financial support for the following purposes but is not limited to:

• individuals to improve basic skills in Scottish music, dance, art, cuisine, etc.
• activities to promote enrichment experiences in Scottish culture, traditions and history.
• activities to benefit the Scottish community and the Murray Clan.
• Funding

The maximum award will be $500 and funds will be paid directly to the organization that applies or to where the individual is engaging in an educational activity.

Eligibility

Previous recipients may apply again in a subsequent year and will be considered along with the rest of the applicants; however, there is no guarantee that past recipients will receive a grant.
