Nursing Scholarships Investing in the next generation of healthcare in Whatcom County The Lois Jean Roberts Nursing Scholarship Program was established in memory of Lois Jean Roberts, wife of James Roberts, St. Luke’s Foundation Executive Director from 1983 – 1996. The program is designed to promote and expand opportunities for qualified students to attend and complete their nursing education, specifically for RN and BSN degrees.
