Overview
What is GrantTank?
Our GrantTank program is a funding opportunity and a think tank for anti-trafficking nonprofit non-governmental organizations. By strategically partnering with organizations that work with adult female sex trafficking survivors, The Jensen Project will fund selected programs in the movement and host gatherings for leadership of chosen organizations, so they can overcome the silos common in the movement. Gatherings can lead to collaboration between organizations, inspiring new policies, and tweaks in programming to better serve survivors of sex trafficking. We only choose the best of the best organizations to participate in GrantTank, and we spotlight and promote our GrantTank leaders for their expertise in the field.
A Partner in the Fight Against Sexual Violence
Applying organizations should have proven strength and leadership in this field and require financial support to either expand or elevate their work. Note: while we do occasionally fund pilot programs, it is a rare occurrence and will require considerable demonstration of past organization success to be seriously considered.
Only applications which:
* provide housing or economic empowerment for adult female survivors of sex trafficking,
* innovative technological opportunities for the anti-trafficking movement, or
* Equality Model policy work will be considered.
Within those categories, projects that fill the greatest need in their community will be prioritized.
