The Indianapolis Foundation Community Scholarship The Indianapolis Foundation Community Scholarship has relaunched with a new focus on supporting traditional and non-traditional Black students fund post-secondary education, including two and four year degrees, certifications, and vocational tech programs. The Indianapolis Foundation Scholarship is in alignment with its strategic plan which promotes investment into diverse and comprehensive post- secondary credentialing opportunities that accelerate meaningful economic outcomes.
