The TFEC Aspire to Rise Scholarship specifically supports individuals who are 22 years of age or older, planning to attend a four year college or university, a two year trade or technical school, or an associates or certificate program on a full-time or part-time basis. Extra consideration is given to applicants who have not completed a post-secondary degree. This scholarship also supports students who plan to register or are scheduled to take the GED.Eligibility
