    Technology Fund Application Process

    1. Complete the Technology Application Form with the following required information:
    - Applicant details (name, email, phone, date)
    - School or organization name
    - Prior participation history with SPEF
    - Project name and description
    - Total project cost and amount requested from SPEF
    - Implementation timeline

    2. Provide Detailed Project Information:
    - Specific implementation plan and how technology will be used
    - Timeline for implementation
    - Number of students to be served and how they will utilize the project
    - How project enhances student experiences in SASD
    - Specific measurement methods for success

    3. Address Funding and Compatibility:
    - Identify other sources of funding explored (Title 1, AGR, PTA, PTO, Booster Club, Building Site Committee, etc.)
    - Confirm compatibility with SASD Master Technology Instructional and Curriculum Plan
    - Document any prior funding requests to SASD (approved or rejected) for same project
    - Note if this is a replacement item originally purchased by SASD

    4. Training and Maintenance:
    - Confirm staff training status for technology/equipment (prior or planned)
    - Identify maintenance requirements and associated costs
    - Note: SPEF does not fund ongoing maintenance

    5. Submit Required Documentation:

    6. Submit Application:
    - Complete all sections of the form
