    How to Apply

    Non-Technology Fund Application Process

    1. Complete the Non-Technology Application Form with the following required information:
    - Applicant details (name, email, phone, date)
    - School or organization name
    - Prior participation history with SPEF
    - Project name and description
    - Total project cost
    - Total amount requested from SPEF

    2. Provide Project Details:
    - Description of project with prioritization if multiple items/grade levels
    - Specific implementation plan showing HOW funds will be used
    - Number of students served and how they will utilize the project
    - How project enhances student experiences in SASD
    - Specific measurement methods for success

    3. Address Funding History:
    - Document any current or past funding requests to SASD for this project
    - Indicate if previously funded or rejected and why
    - Identify other sources of funding requested/received (Booster Club, Building Site Committee, Principal, etc.)

    4. Submit Required Price Quotes:
    - All items over $250 require a written price quote from the purchasing vendor
    - Applications WILL NOT be accepted without a detailed price quote

    5. Submit Application:
    - Complete all sections thoroughly
