The basic principle is receive gifts, grow funds and give back. T.O.W.N. (Treasure Our Wonderful Neighbors) Grant The idea for TOWN Grants came out of the community foundation's desire to have an impact in all of Gladwin County. With the program, all 15 townships in the county are being offered up to $2,000 in matching funds for a public improvement project.
