Sweet Grass Community Collaboration Granting

The Sweet Grass Community Collaboration Granting Program, managed by the Sweet Grass Community Foundation, fosters partnerships among organizations to enhance community impact in Sweet Grass County. By supporting collaborative efforts, the program aims to address pressing needs and stimulate discussions that lead to meaningful improvements in areas such as education, human services, and economic development. Eligible applicants must be tax-exempt organizations, ensuring a diverse range of projects can be funded.

Having a comprehensive view of community efforts and challenges allows us to address the greatest needs and make the largest impact for Sweet Grass County.
The Collaboration Granting Program encourages organizations to work together to have a greater impact in Sweet Grass County.
Criteria includes:
Two or more organizations working together in unison to complete a project.Organizations are actively involved in the process.The project helps the organizations fulfill their mission and goal(s).All organizations' board of directors have both approved the project and a budget to reflect related expenses.Organizations can show other confirmed funding and support for the project.Must be able to describe the impact the project will have in our community upon applying, including details of one or more of the following: demographics, economic development, arts and culture, education, community improvement, human services, and/or youth programs.

Eligibility

Applicants must be tax exempt as a 501(c)3, 501(c)6, or a publicly owned tax exempt organization.
