Sweet Grass Community Match Grant The objective of Sweet Grass Community Foundation’s Match Grant Program is to provide matching funds to incentivize local organizations to raise partial funds in other ways. Organizations must show how the funding would fulfill their mission and goal(s), provide proof of other confirmed funding, and be able to describe the positive impact the effort will have in our community upon applying.
