Successlink Youth Employment Program — Grant Partners The Office of Youth Employment and Opportunity (YEO) is issuing this SuccessLink Youth Jobs Partnership Application to interested and eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, and public institutions of higher education in the City of Boston in order to provide employment opportunities to our priority population of youth participants between the ages of 14-18, and young adults between the ages of 19-24 for the Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 school year across a diverse range of organizations and industry sectors. YEO selection process aims to identify organizations that provide evidence-based professional skill development that equips youth to successfully engage in the workforce, as well as offer opportunities in keeping with the City of Boston' focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Total Amount Available for Grant Program: $20,000,000 Award Amount per Grant per Organization: Award amount varies per youth job allocation
