Geographic Scope: Gateway Neighborhood, Perth Amboy, NJ

Target Audience: High school students (rising juniors and seniors)

Program Partner: Middlesex College - Success Bound Leadership Academy

Purpose: Removes financial barriers to participation in a college-based summer leadership academy designed for high school students in the Gateway Neighborhood. Scholarships cover costs of the Success Bound Leadership Academy hosted by Middlesex College.

Program Goals

• Expand access to college-based leadership experiences for Gateway Neighborhood students

• Encourage consistent participation and engagement throughout the academy

Evaluation

Participant progress evaluated through self-reflections, surveys, and participation tracking in partnership with Middlesex College
