Home Repair & Rehabilitation Program (Home Harmony)

Sponsor: Perth Amboy Redevelopment Team for Neighborhood Enterprise & Revitalization (PARTNER) in partnership with Greater Middlesex Morris Habitat for Humanity

Geographic Scope: Perth Amboy's Gateway Neighborhood only

Purpose: Provides quick-response support for eligible homeowners to complete critical repairs, weatherization, and accessibility improvements that impact a family's ability to remain safely in their home. Helps residents remain in their homes long-term.

  • Gateway Neighborhood focus

    Types of Repairs Supported

  • Exterior repairs and minor interior repairs
  • Accessibility improvements (including ramps or safety adaptations)

    Eligibility Requirements

    Homeowners must:
  • Own and live in their home
  • Live within Perth Amboy's Gateway Neighborhood
  • Meet low-income eligibility guidelines
