The Foundation actively seeks and focuses on innovative programs that provide a measurable impact in the communities that it serves. Who We Serve CBF resources are allocated with priority given to requests that benefit low-and-moderate income individuals and communities within Columbia Bank’s footprint. The primary goals and objectives of the Foundation are to identify community based non-profits, civic, business and charitable organizations that meet the necessary Foundation criteria, and to provide support funding for their service initiatives. Housing Grant Program We understand the fundamental importance of housing. Through our Housing Grant Program, we are dedicated to supporting initiatives that ensure access to affordable, sustainable, and safe housing options for all. Whether it’s temporary housing programs or opportunities for homeownership for low-to-moderate income individuals and communities, we are committed to making affordable housing available across the state. The Foundation Board reviews requests over $5,000 to $25,000 on a quarterly basis, for the Housing Grant ProgramEligibility
