1. Research Abstract Submission
- Submit a research abstract in either oral research or e-Poster format
- Abstracts are reviewed by members of the AO Research Submissions and ePoster committees
- Ensure abstract represents original research suitable for presentation

2. Selection and Notification
- Top-scoring student-submitted oral research and e-Poster abstracts are selected
- Selected students are notified of award

3. Award Notification
- Students who receive top scores are awarded $1,000 Student Travel Grants
- Opportunity to present research at the AO Annual Meeting is confirmed
