Eligibility Overview
The OF Charitable Grant is only available to AO member dental professionals. Patients cannot apply for this grant directly.- Primary care provider must be a member of the Academy of Osseointegration

- Commitment to complete therapy and 3-year follow-up is required when accepting grant funding

- Under no circumstances will the patient receiving care through this grant program be charged for any services rendered

Application Process
1. Eligibility Confirmation

2. Corporate Partner Coordination
- Contact commercial entities to obtain donations for required materials
- Specify particular products (including manufacturer names) in application
