Overview
The Crawford County Kids Association Provider Scholarship Program reduces financial barriers for early childhood educators pursuing professional development, funding classes and required materials. Applicants may qualify if they are a student at one of the four Crawford County (Illinois) high schools or enrolled at an Illinois Eastern Community College, are currently taking Early Childhood Education classes, and can demonstrate financial need that creates a barrier to professional development. Awards are based on financial need, available funding and prioritized criteria. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

How to Apply
Apply online through the CCKA Provider Grant Scholarship Program page. CCKA accepts applications on a rolling basis throughout the year; support is offered to eligible applicants based on the availability of funding at the time their application is reviewed. Allow approximately 30 days for review and processing. Scholarship funds are paid directly to the applicant's school and may be used toward early childhood coursework and textbooks; any remaining balance is the student's responsibility. Acceptance does not guarantee full tuition coverage and applicants may be waitlisted.
