The Star Bright Scholarship Fund is providing scholarships for students who have demonstrated excellence in academic accomplishment and character. The Center for Scholarship Administration, Inc. (CSA), a non-profit, independent organization is the facilitator of the fund.Eligibility

Applicants must: be high school seniors attending New Haven, Leo, or Woodlan high schools located in the East Allen County Community School system in Allen County, Indiana.be ranked in the top 50% of their graduating class.be U.S. citizens.have lived in the school district serving any one of the (3) three high schools for at least (1) one year.demonstrate financial need.demonstrate character traits of perseverance and diligence. The recipients must be full-time each semester and may attend any accredited college, university, technical, trade or professional school in any field of study leading to a degree, diploma or certificate, provided the institution meets the criteria below: The institution must be an educational organization that normally maintains a regular faculty and curriculum and normally has a regularly enrolled body of pupils or students in attendance at the place where its educational activities are regularly carried on. To the extent the institution is involved in the selection of the recipients (if at all), such involvement must comply with the Fund's policy of awarding scholarships on an objective and non-discriminatory basis as well as the Fund's Conflict of Interest Policy.Funds are to be applied only to the cost of tuition, fees, books and supplies as required by your courses.Focus Areas & Funding Uses
