- Solution must involve collaborative efforts among organizations with a strong lead young individual
- Applicant must demonstrate how efforts will be made to connect with and attract additional funders for ideas and solutions
- Individual must be associated with an NGO or amuta (registered Israeli nonprofit)
- All organizations must have Nihul Takin status with the Registrar of NGOs (Rasham HaAmutot)

How to Apply
Application Process
1. Submission Format: Submit information in no more than two pages in English plus attachments
2. Required Information:
- Name and email of applicant
- Innovator Idea: What is the problem or challenge you seek to address? What are your short-term and long-term visions for success? Have you created any similar projects?
- Geographic Focus: Which cities/towns/regional councils will be targeted?
- Partnership: Do you plan to have partner organizations? Describe current and proposed roles
- Timeline: What is the timeline of operation for this program?
- Budget: What is the program's overall budget and specific request from the Mack Ness Fund and potentially leveraged funds?
- Organization name and address
- Amuta status in Israel and renewal date
3. Required Attachments:
- No more than three letters of recommendation
- Current resume with short paragraph about yourself and your journey
- Written explanation of why this problem matters to you and the importance of addressing it
