How to Apply

1. Visit the Grants Request Form on their website
2. Complete the following required fields:
- Name (Applicant)
- Email
- Organization Name
- Non-Profit Status (Yes/No selection)
- Requesting Amount (numeric value only)
- Organization Description and Funding Justification (brief narrative explaining what your organization does and reasons for requesting funding)
3. Submit the completed form
4. Important: Only submit during the designated application period (October 1 - October 31). Submissions outside this window will not be considered.
