Overview
Springboard Fellowship
Program Overview: A two-year fellowship program for young Jewish professionals interested in becoming leaders and changemakers in Jewish life on college campuses. Fellows work with local Hillel campuses across the nation.
Background: Launched by Hillel International in 2016, the Springboard Fellowship is a reimagining of the Steinhardt Jewish Campus Service Corps Fellowship (1994-2008), which trained a generation of emerging Jewish communal leaders through their roles in Jewish student engagement.

Innovation Fellows
- Bring Jewish learning to life on campus
- Trained in pluralistic and experiential Jewish educational techniques
- Infuse Jewish learning into engagement work
Ezra Fellows
- Empower students to make change guided by Jewish values
- Trained in engagement, social action, and community organizing
- Weave Judaism into justice work
Social Justice Fellows
Professional Development: Fellows receive professional development training alongside compelling work experience
