Southern Chester County Chamber Of Commerce Education & Scholarship Fund About the Fund The Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce allocates proceeds from fundraising events and donations to its Foundation. Annually, this Foundation awards a one-time monetary scholarship to selected graduating seniors from high schools in the Chamber’s service area: Avon Grove, Kennett & Unionville. This includes Chester County Technical College High School-Pennock’s Bridge Campus. Scholarships are also awarded to Southern Chester County high school students attending Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week, a week-long action-filled entrepreneurial camp developed by the Foundation For Free Enterprise Education
