Skylight Mentorship Program

Overview: A six-week mentorship program that connects female, femme, and nonbinary bartending professionals with experienced spirits industry mentors for career advancement, professional development, and networking.

Geographic Scope: Multiple markets including Phoenix, AZ and New Orleans, LA; expanding to additional cities

Focus Areas:

  • Career progression and advancement for women in hospitality

  • Mentorship and networking for underrepresented bartenders

  • Professional development and skill building

  • Leadership development

  • Addressing gender pay gap issues

  • Collaboration and community building among women in the industry

    • Eligible Participants:

  • Female, femme, and nonbinary bartenders with high potential

  • Emerging hospitality professionals seeking career growth

    • Program Components:

  • One-on-one mentorship with established spirits industry professionals

  • Cocktail creation and innovation projects

  • Six-week intensive program

  • Networking opportunities with industry leaders

  • Closing celebration and cocktail showcase event
