Singer Foundation Scholarship The Singer Foundation Scholarship supports Jewish individuals who are graduates of public high schools in Oregon (or the equivalent) and are pursuing full-time post-secondary education. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years, providing ongoing financial assistance to help recipients continue their academic studies.Eligibility
