Shelter Operations Support (SOS) will operate as a Pilot Program in the current Fiscal Year. These funds are intended to support the operation and administration of emergency shelter programs within Missouri communities who work to provide emergency shelter to Missouri residents facing a housing crisis, with priority given to programs who serve Missouri Veterans.
