Breast Cancer Alliance Mission The mission of Breast Cancer Alliance is to improve survival rates and quality of life for those impacted by breast cancer through better prevention, early detection, treatment and cure. To achieve these goals, Breast Cancer Alliance funds institutions that provide screening and diagnostic breast cancer services for underserved and underinsured populations through: screening, diagnostic mammograms, and ultrasounds. What does Breast Cancer Alliance fund? Breast Cancer Alliance raises money to provide four types of annual grants: Exceptional Project ResearchYoung Investigator ResearchBreast Surgery FellowshipsScreening and Diagnostics GrantsThe term of the Screening and Diagnostics Grant is one calendar year beginning April 1, 2027.

Eligibility

Prior gift allocations do not guarantee future grants.

Ineligibility

Breast Cancer Alliance does not fund MRIs, patient counseling, patient navigation, office supplies, medical supplies, financial aid (i.e. gas bills, transportation, rent, overhead, grocery gift certificates, fringe benefits, etc.) printing costs, travel costs, marketing costs, recruitment costs or training programs.
