Focus areas include health, safety, economic opportunity, and leadership development. Grants range from $1,000 to $5,000, supporting initiatives that promote gender and racial equity. The foundation emphasizes collaboration with local service providers to ensure effective implementation and measurable outcomes, fostering a supportive community environment for all women and girls.
