Funder: Southern Mississippi Planning and Development District (SMPDD) in partnership with TRPDD (Tombigbee Regional Planning and Development District)
SBA 504 loans combine traditional bank financing with SBA 504/CDC financing and owners' equity. This product provides an option for businesses needing funding in excess of the existing Revolving Loan Fund maximum loan amount of $500,000.
