SBA 504 Loan Program
Funder: Southern Mississippi Planning and Development District (SMPDD) in partnership with TRPDD (Tombigbee Regional Planning and Development District)
Overview: SBA 504 loans combine traditional bank financing with SBA 504/CDC financing and owners' equity. This product provides an option for businesses needing funding in excess of the existing Revolving Loan Fund maximum loan amount of $500,000.
- Combination of: Traditional bank financing + SBA 504/CDC financing + owners' equity
- Maximum SBA 504 loan amount: $5,000,000
- Maximum participation: Not to exceed 40% of project cost
