    Third Priority - Livable and Sustainable Communities

  • Community-based programs that enhance:
  • - Safety - Mobility - Appearance - Recreational opportunities

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be a nonprofit organization

  • Must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt or exempt under another organization (with documentation)

  • Must serve California communities

  • Must complete all required application sections
  • Application Period: February 1 to August 31 (annual cycle)

    - Newsletter
    - Annual report
    4. If financial statement unavailable, provide written explanation
    5. List of Board of Directors (if not included in flyer/brochure)
