The Hartford Foundation Scholarship Program helps award hundreds of scholarships each year to local students seeking post-secondary higher education. Samuel A. Roth Scholarship Fund Friends and family came together to establish this fund in recognition of Mr. Roth's years as Superintendent of Schools in East Haddam.
