Geographic Scope: Rural Texas communities, specifically north and east Texas

Participating Institutions:

• Tyler Junior College
• North Central Texas College

Overview:
A collaborative program between Rural Community College Alliance (RCCA), Greater Texas Foundation (GTF), and Economic Mobility Systems (EMS) designed to produce stronger and more equitable college and workforce outcomes for rural Texas students.

Key Features:

• Develops repeatable, affordable, and scalable model for rural communities across Texas and rural America
• Covers access to leading edge technologies and solutions designed by Economic Mobility Systems
• Utilizes equity platforms like Salesforce and GreenLight Credentials
• Implements College Enrollment Fast Pass on GreenLight for verified high school records
• Provides College and Career Solutions dashboards on Salesforce for advisor visibility
• Aligns high school to college programs with living wage jobs
• Includes case management to ensure students complete college entry steps
