CREEED Education Grants

Two steps, both described on creeed.org/what-we-do/grants. Step 1: prepare documentation — a brief description of the applying group or organization (and the group leading the project, if different) including any past record of successful education outcomes; brief bios of senior staff and the Board of Directors; a detailed budget request and budget narrative with the specific amount requested, a breakdown of expenses and, if applicable, a payment structure; the date funds are needed by; a detailed description of the project including goals, metrics and geographic scope; a project timeline; the current operating budget (if applicable) and proposed project budget; a list of current and pending funding sources with amounts; total Board of Directors contributions for the past 24 months and the percentage of Board members who contributed; an IRS letter of determination of tax-exempt status dated no more than five years before the application date; and answers to the questions in the CREEED Grant Evaluation Guidelines (downloadable from the page). Step 2: email the grant request to CREEED with a detailed explanation of how the funding request matches CREEED's Grant Guidelines.
