Rudolph and Carolyn Christianson Scholarship Although Rudolph and Carolyn Christianson had no children of their own, they felt the importance of supporting the education of other young people in North Central Washington. Carolyn Christianson’s final will provided that all proceeds from her estate go into the scholarship and community funds she had established at the Community Foundation in 1991. As a result, this scholarship is very competitive with over 100 applicants each year from students across Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties.
