Ross Scholarship Fund The Ross Scholarship Fund was established to support graduating high school seniors from Franklin County planning to attend an accredited institution of higher education. Recipients will be of a character, attitude, ability, aptitude and previous educational record as shall give promise of their being able to successfully pursue a higher educational course.

Ineligibility

Should the GPA requirement not be met, the student will be placed on probation.Failure to regain the required GPA after one academic semester will result in the loss of the scholarship.
