Fisher Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was established in memory of Richard Fisher who began his career in 1977, working different positions including, Laborer, Heavy Equipment Operator, Street Maintenance Leader, and retiring after 42 years as a Public Works Inspector. This fund supports students pursuing construction trades and vocational career paths.
