• Ready Schools and Ready Communities programs
• School leadership and student transitions to kindergarten
• Engaging learning environments

Program Description:
Supports DEPC's Ready Schools and Ready Communities initiatives. These programs work to build relationships between schools, communities, and families to increase opportunities for engagement and learning, ultimately improving student achievement.

Results to Date:

• 17 of 19 area elementary schools have participated in Ready Schools
• Improvements in school leadership, family involvement, transitions to kindergarten, and engaging environments
