Program Details

The grant expands TLC's Outreach Services within its Individual & Family Services program, designed to:

• Identify children experiencing developmental and social-emotional challenges
• Provide early intervention directly to families who may otherwise fall through the cracks
• Work with families facing homelessness, trauma, or poverty

• Therapeutic referrals
• Parent coaching
• Case management
• Screenings, counseling, and parent education services
• Support based on the nationally recognized Strengthening Families™ Protective Factors Framework

• Directly impact more than 100 children across the Triangle region
• Expand access to screening, counseling, and parent education services
• Emphasize resilience, positive relationships, and long-term emotional well-being
