WFO provides flexible, trust-based grants designed to support women nonprofit leaders in Oregon by funding rest, recovery, and restorative practices. These grants are part of WFO's strategic investment in sustaining nonprofit leadership during times of crisis and ongoing stress.

Geographic Scope: Oregon

Focus Areas:
Rest Grants can support:

• Home and Life Relief - Clear the backlog at home so leaders can actually recover (up to one week at a time)
• Reset and Recharge Resources - Childcare or elder-care stipends to make downtime truly restorative for caregivers
• Restorative Support - Meals for a week (or equivalent grocery/meal-kit support) to cut decision fatigue and time burden
• Sound Bath Experiences - For short recovery opportunities
• Sauna/Heat Experiences - For short recovery opportunities
• Three-Day AWE Experiences - In remote locations for full rest and recovery experiences

Eligibility:

• Women nonprofit leaders in Oregon
• Organizations serving women and girls
• Grantees of WFO (implied)
